SXSW Film: Interview Blue Like Jazz

The day after seeing the world premiere of Blue Like Jazz at the SXSW Film Festival, I was able to sit down and chat with Director, Writer, and Producer Steve Taylor and Actor Marshall Allman (True Blood) who plays the main character, Don.  Hearing Steve Taylor introduce the film and do the Q & A after the film, I knew this was a funny guy who has a lot of energy.  Like many films, Blue Like Jazz relied on a Kickstarter campaign to finish the production.  I touched on that subject and others in the interview.
