Myspace is heading to Texas and they’re bring bands with them. Who? It’s not yet revealed, but rumor has it that Myspace investor Justin Timberlake might be one of the acts joining in the SXSW festivities. 
Myspace is hosting three shows during this year’s SXSW (March 14-16), but the location and artists performing are secret. The artists will announce their performances to their fans first, the day before the show. The method of the announcement is up to the artists, but once announced a link will be available for fans to receive ticketing information. Doors are at 10 p.m. CST. The shows are free and open on a first come, first served basis.
As a major investor in the new Myspace, Justin Timberlake is rumored to be performing at one of the shows. If he is to make an appearance, expect him at Saturday’s secret show since his schedule has him tied up doing late night television weeknights this week. Other rumored artists include Kid Cudi, Diplo and Sleigh Bells.
